Use of personal computers is no longer tied to a working environment or a given point in time. Laptop computers now make it possible to work and communicate wherever and whenever you desire. The Braille Voyager 44 is more compact and light weighted than its successful predecessor, the ComiBraille, and therefore easy and comfortable to take along. Moreover, the ergonomic deign of the Braille Voyager 44 ensures optimal operating comfort for laptop use. The Braille Voyager 70 is perfectly tuned to a standard keyboard. Both models use Tieman’s own Braille cells; 44 in the Braille Voyager 44 and 70 in the Braille Voyager 70.

The Braille Voyager was designed to completely control the PC from the Braille display. From emailing to word-processing, the Braille Voyager does it all while eliminating the need to repeatedly switch you hands from the keyboard to the Braille display. This ensures an ergonomically sensible posture. The Braille Voyager connects easily to a PC or laptop through a USB port, made for a smooth and trouble-free installation. And no batteries or adapters are necessary!

The Braille user can enjoy true “Plug and Play”, thanks to the Tieman software supplied for PC or laptop. From the moment of installation, all Windows features are available to the Braille user from the Braille display.

Handy thumb keys, known from the ComiBraille, assist in perfect screen navigation.

The Braille user can adjust the display functions of the Braille Voyager to fit their individual preferences. Adding two extra Braille keys and a navigation key, makes it possible to operate Windows directly from the Braille display. This completes the ideal gearing for the demanding Braille user. The Braille Voyager also works will all major screenreaders.
