Making life a little easier for tertiary students

Vision impaired Australians planning on pursuing further studies or currently enrolled students in tertiary studies are eligible to apply for JAWS scholarships. The prize is a copy of JAWS® for Windows® Professional. JAWS® for Windows® is screen reading software that grabs information from the computer screen and sends it out in synthesised speech feedback. Documents, emails and the internet can all be spoken back to vision impaired users.
