Display and demonstration of adaptive technology for the blind or vision impaired
Quantum Technology is coming to Canberra to showcase our products over two days at an information and technology exhibition put on by the Canberra Blind Society. The displays will held in Room 1 of the Griffin Centre, Genge St, Civic from 1.00pm - 5.30pm on 25 July and 10.00am - 2.30pm on 26 July.

- 11.15 Session 3 Chair: Judy Hackett, Senior Outreach Officer/Counsellor, CBS. “Everyday uses of technology in leisure for people who are blind or vision impaired”. Panel members: Roy Daniell –use of technology for competitive athletes, Kerri Snell – use of optical aids to help in recreation, Peter Granleese – using the Camera to advantage, June Ashmore – storytelling and walking with grandchildren.
